Cleaned the L/H & R/H outboard flaperon skeleton pieces with SPI waterborne wax and grease remover. Also cleaned the L/H & R/H Inboard splice pieces. Wiped the parts with a tack cloth. Primed parts with the SPI epoxy primer.
