Lee Teicheira and Bill Lawrence found that the hinge pin installation was not completed on the rudder and elevator. They measured and cut three hinge pins, drilled holes in the ends of the hinges for the cotter pins and installed the cotter pins in each end of the hinges to capture the hinge pins.
