Cleco the L/H outboard flaperon skeleton to the skin. Sanded the skin, with 180 sandpaper, on the inboard end so the splice plate would sit flush on the rib. The skin was just a little long. Next I need to drill the holes to a #21 for A5 rivets on the splice plate.
