Drilled the L/H outboard flaperon splice plate holes that go through the top of the end rib to a #21. Added 2 more holes on the face of the splice plate. The holes were already in the rib. Countersunk the six #30 holes for 1097 #4 solid AD rivets. Dimple and installed a rivet in the tooling hole on the end rib. Sanded the edges, debured holes, and scuffed the surfaces on the L/H outboard flaperon except the skin.
