Drilled the R/H outboard flaperon splice plate holes that go through the end rib. Instead of 4 holes I added 2 so there will be 6 rivets. Countersunk the six #30 holes for solid rivets. Sanded the edges, debured the holes, and scuffed the R/H outboard flaperon skeleton pieces. I still need to put the skeleton in the skin and drill up the splice plate and skin to #21 for A5 rivets.
