Oct 1, 2020: If you have upgraded your iPhone or iPad to IOS V14, please review this:
Apple has changed the default option on how a picture or video is stored on your iPhone or iPad.
Please go into "Settings", “Camera”, “Formats” and change it to "Most Compatible".
This option will then save your pictures and videos to either "JPEG / JPG" or "MP4" format, which works for this website.
