Installed ailerons & flaps to see how everything fit with the wingtips on. Everything looks great with consistent 1/4" gaps between all flight controls. I had previously adjusted the bend of the upper skin at the aft spar to correct the ski-jump problem that wings from this period were prone to. The right wing looks great in that regard, but the left wing needs a little more work. There is a gap at the flap recess that is bigger at the root than at the outbd end. I'm going to wait until the wings are installed on the fuselage to come back to this. Removed flaps & ailerons, packed then up in shipping blankets and moved them to storage in the basement with the empennage and various other small parts.
