Wow....such a simple task but for some reason this was pretty difficult. Read ANOR (which is mandatory) and marked up drawing accordingly. This is where I am missing working in manufacturing. I could have drawn a CAD drawing and cut these out in way less time than hand cutting these on my band saw. Oh well....just part of the 51% build. Trying to hold .00 tolerances is difficult with using a band saw, files, and hand tools. I worked on these for a couple of days and finally finished the install today (July 2). They turned out very nice and I'm happy with the finish product....but 8 hours of work!
