Followed TWTT Instructions instead of Assy. Manual instructions since my kit #7069 has the newer style Sportsman doors. Had a heck of a time getting the doors to lay flush but after some research and trial and error, I figured out the issues. It was a combination of pushing the fuselage door opening out by adding nylon spacers and also trimming the door seal joggle to 9/16" all the way around so the seal would install completely. They are still pretty tight but I also need to lube the parts and allow the seal to set. Lori helped push on the hinges while I drilled them.
