Started the prep and install of the Front Windshield on 11/15 and finished on Friday 11/19. There was a LOT of removal necessary so each evening I just kept working away with the big grinder and shaping to fit within the joggle. I think the dust must have been getting to me as I started to work on the gap between the joggle and the windscreen prior to putting in the stand-offs, as per Zach's videos. Luckily, I reached out to Zach w/ a question and he helped me with the sequence, which is a bit different than all the other windows. He mentions it w/n the video's but I did not pay close enough attention...which is funny because I watched them each time I started a new window...so 6 times! Anyhow...the install went well and everything is ready for masking and silpruf once the start-up and avionics have been tested.
