Title: Aft Fuselage: Control Horn Drilling
Confirmed right and left elevator travel and gaps. Left and right full up deflection measured 31deg and left and right full down deflection 29 deg. Elevator gap is 0.15 in (left) and 0.11 in (right). Measured torque tube to aft spar gap 9/64" greater than min required. Drilled hole through horns for attachment to clevis joint. Needed to turn down e-drill bushing to fit and pre-drilled #30 on drill press. Drilled hole in horns for later attachment of control rod.
