Finally got to put the brake functionality of my harbor freight tool to work. I cut each nose rib stiffener to 6 inches using the sheer and then used the brake to set the angle at 90 degrees for each stiffener. there are 32 total however I made 35 pieces due to the threat of an inevitable mistake.
