Title: Front Nose Wheel
Spent many cycles of trying to adjust the nose wheel tube inside the upper and lower bushings to get it to be easy to turn. The upper and lower support boxes on the welded engine mount were very out of alignment - the tube would almost not turn when assembled at the beginning and required a significant amount of clamping force to even get the bolts/brackets installed over the bushings. After a dozen plus (lost count) of assembly/disassembly cycles where upper and lower bushings were slowly sanded with a drum sander on the inside it now has low friction when turning the wheel.
