I used a Dremel to cut out close to the scribe line and then sanded it with a block to get it right to the line. The instructions are a little cruddy for showing the EXACTLY location for a 3/4" step drill hole but I'll deal with that later. I can always put fiberglass back. Anyway, it came out perfect. I'll start on the bottom next time I'm out there.
