Abraded hinges and bell crank mating surfaces, abraded spar at mounting locations. Solvent cleaned surfaces. Mixed up and applied epoxy to mating surfaces, installed hinges and bell crank with CCP44 rivets. Located leading edge and marked locations of hinges and bell crank. Cut 5/8 inch slots at those locations.
