Cut larger piano hinge material to length. Mark out and drill holes into hinge. Locate hinge to door frame and match drill, use clecos along the way. Center door to fuselage, mark location. Center hinge half to fuselage door opening and match drill. Rivet hinge half to door and other hinge half to fuselage. Mate door to fuselage install hinge rod to locate and install door X2.
