Laid a tape line around the outside of the windshield to mark the area of the glareshield skin that will have to be painted black. Test-fit the G5 GPS antenna and realized that the area of the glareshield forward of the avionics fan is not as large as I'd thought. Began to research whether the antenna could be mounted sideways on the glareshield. 3. Continued fitting the cowl.
