1. Pulled off the peel ply from last night and assessed the results. The fairing looks pretty good, with a decent radius and relatively good edges. 2. I spent the session sanding the fairing with a variety of sanding tools, to get an idea of what will work best. I used my radius gauge often! I spent quite a bit of my time sanding the top edge to get it flush with the level of the electrical tape. I found that I could sand right onto the tape with no problem, as long as I was careful.
