1. Cut the L wheel pant spacer down to a 3/4" thickness to match the R one. 2. Using the R wheel pant as a reference, I marked and trimmed the wheel and gear leg openings in the L aft wheel pant. Filed and sanded all edges. 3. Fit the aft pant onto the gear. (As with the R one, it was an extremely tight fit.)
