I had an extremely difficult time yesterday getting lower cowl installed.....propeller is in the way. Today took a closer look and found I needed to enlarge the cowl cutout for nose gear. Still tight fit but got in back on in about 3-5 minutes instead of 40 minutes yesterday. Nose gear strut paint is still going to be majorly scared in future installing and removing lower cowl. Still have to pry it past back of prop spinner and even scrape blades a little. Got a ground power supply to run avionics and not kill battery again. Power supply seems to be automatic with no controls other than power switch but it didn't come with any connecting cables. I made up a set with spare parts.
