Call to ABQ FSDO about my test flying area SE of KELP. Talked with Geary Monckton about my proposal and sent email with written plan and diagram on VFR sectional. Folded wings and secured braces onto wings to support wings during transport. Also drove to far East side to get engraved Data plate done per Frank Sperandeo. Sent copy of e-mail from ABQ FSDO approving my test flight area and sent photo of data plate for approval.
