Temporary install of aileron and flaps. Checked alignement to flap in full retracted position (negative 4 degrees). Installed tip, adapted to position with some not-so-gentle bending. Matchdrilled and clecoed every single hole. Considerable force is needed to bend the tip to follow the right shape. The Aveo Ziptips are fairly thick and not easy to bend. Deburre holes, countersunk the fiberglass with permagrit #40 countersinks. The aluminum strips are kept in place with flox and epoxy. Installed nutplates. Right wing dimple done. Unfortunately some dimples are not according to expectations, but i have to live with that.
