Prepared the template for the bell crank assembly neutral position. Adapted the length of the F-1091 Elevator pushrod according to the template and elevator in neutral position.
Checked both rod ends bearings have over half the thread engaged making it impossible for a bearing to back off the pushrod if both ends are pinned.
Inserted the MD3614M rod end bearings and fastened with jam nuts to 3/4".
Bolted the rudder to the vertical stabilizer starting with top hinge, then the bottom hinge and finally the middle hinge. Alignment was good. Checked the 35th sides. Distance measured from the trim inboard angle to the rudder (perpendicular measure) is 2 inches, resulting in an estimated deflection >35Slightly adjusted the bottom bearing, deflection is still over 35n the recommended minimum Lucio and I agreed to consider this acceptable.
