Hinge reinforcement plate installation. Prepared the bottom hinge reinforcement plates riveting the anchor nuts. Checked the installation on the Canopy Hinge reinforcement plate on both doors. Unfortunately i found little misalignment that made impossible to insert the bolts. I had to remove one nut plate on each bottom reinforcement plate, reposition the reinforcement plate and redrill the hole without the nut-plate. This was not sufficient in few cases and i had to carefully enlarge the holes in the reinforcement plate to allow the bolt to correctly set into the plate. As a matter of fact the better procedure should be to position the reinforcement plates WITHOUT the nutplates, leaving one hole empty and match drilling all the holes one by one while keeping the reinforcement plate in position. Anyway at the end the result is satisfactory.
