Installation door seal purchased from www.raptorsupplies.com TRIM LOK INC 3100B3X3/16A-100 Trim Seal Aluminium Clip 0.36 Inch Width 100 Feet. In order to have a consistent gap i used flox to increase thickness on the outboard side and sanded inboard to "move out" the surface as i grinder too much on the left door. This task took few session of glassing and sanding. Then i used the trimlok-mcmaster seal to form the flange filling it with flox and letting cure. result very satisfactory. Left door seems to have a better setup, therefore only the flange construction is required.
