Original video from ZACH Chase https://youtu.be/pkB0bWwmL70 "1.INSIDE OF THE WINDOW Position blue tape about 3/16 away of the black line 2. Position a thin tape very carefully overlapping the blue tape and as close as possible to the black line BUT ABSOLUTELY DONT OVERLAP THE BLACK LINE. This will be the line you will see from the outside of the plane. Straight and smooth as possible. 3. at the corner stretch the tape a bit to be as accurate as possible. 4. Wipe away to the outside ANY black line (starting-finish points) and so on. no black line under the tape 5. when close to the end, overlap the initial tape for about 3"", then stretch it in, break of MARK AS NUMBER 2 as this will be the SECOND TAPE TO PULL OFF. 6. MAKE SURE you have a clearance to the black line. If not REDO. 7. Use moist towel to remove the black line. Careful REMOVE the black line 8. Start SECOND thin tape overlapping 1/16"" the OUTSIDE edge of the thin tape already in place. USE THE INSIDE TAPE EDGE as a guide. IMPORTANT IS TO HAVE THE OUTSIDE EDGE COVERED. No issue if you exceed on the outside, but DONT LEAVE the edge fo the other tape NOT covered 9. Number tape as NUMBER 1 as it will be the first one to be removed. 10. remove all sanding marks on the edge using 100-180-220 grit sandpaper. Excellent to remove little marks done when drilling. 11. Sand with the outside towards you in order to avoid scratching the outside of the glass when sanding. the inside will be sanded in any case so no issue in case you scratch it. 12. put a little radius towards the outside (1/16"" is enough), work on the angles 13 If you have scratches on the perimeter outside you can use POLISH or Micromesh or 3M scratch fixing kits. 14. check if ok, deburr internal side with 120 grit sandpaper. 15. Clean with moisted towel. CONTINUED"
