After removing the previous installation, i cut the overhead console to allow the longer conduit into the console. Then i used fast epoxy to glue the conduit in the right position and then i glued with fast epoxy little 1" foam blocks lined up more or less flush to the front of the canopy. Finally i filled with poliuretanic foam the gap over the conduit. It will be sanded smooth as soon as it has cured. I also checked the space under the cover where the lights are installed and there is just enough space to route the 16mm Conduit if i glue them on the cockpit cover. Clearance after the first two lights is ok.
