Second lay up of carbon fiber to smooth our imperfections. 1. sand with 300 grit. Clean with Acetone 2. Prepare epoxy and let it rest to degas and begin slight gelification 3. use spray epoxy to position carbon fiber 4. Prepare carbon fiber using masking tape to firm the fiber. Keep 5cm excess 5. Once spray epoxy has dried bit position the carbon fiber and make it stick to all the curves and depressions. 6. Use epoxy on the carbon fiber using a brush perpendicular to the carbon fiber. Avoid excess and deposit on the "valleys" 7. Let it dry. 8. Once dry cut to measure 9. Sand with medium grit (240-320) to reduce the carbonfiber bulges. Clean with acetone. 10. Apply a second layer of epoxy. Make sure it is degassed and it is slightly gelified. Use a brush and avoid too thick layers as the fiber will not be visible once sanded.
