Richard began fitting the lower cowling and drilled the forward attach holes. He then trimmed the lower aft edges. Garrett final drilled the right flaperon torque tube. We secured the flaperon but it still sags slightly. Rick identified a loose bolt on the center of the bellcrank. Tighten this might have helped a little. The controls seem to have very little play.
