Today I attached the wings to the root tube and assembled the wing lift struts. I ran into a problem with the left wing rear spar. The holes the factory drilled for the rear spar upper lift strut gusset plate were not placed correctly. Re-drilling them correctly myself would be difficult and adding four additional holes in the spar at this critical attach point probably wouldn't be a good idea so the factory is sending me a replacement spar. I will have to drill out rivets to remove the old spar and install the new one once it arrives.
