Aerolite says based on my weight and my engine selection that 5.0 degrees on my horizontal stabilizer will be ok so I continued setting up my tail assembly. After making sure the vertical stabilizer was "square" I riveted the sleeves to the upper tail booms and riveted the 1" support tubes to the u-brackets on the sleeves. I then attached the horizontal stabilizers to the vertical stabilizer and connected the support tubes. I adjusted the rod ends to make both the leading and trailing edges of the horizontal stabilizers level. I then installed the brackets attaching the horizontal stabilizers to the upper boom tubes. All of this creates a very rigid tail structure considering it is so light.
