I think most builders probably say you are never done, and I tend to agree, but at this point I'm going to say I am officially finished with my build. I had a few ultralight friends from the local EAA chapter come over and give it a once over to make sure I didn't miss anything. I bought the EAA Flight Test Manual and will follow it as much as it applies to ultralights as I transition from building to flying. I took some training lessons from Bill Bardin in Lodi, CA and he gave me the basics to get started.
