Clamped bottom Lexan on Copilot door. Marked and match drilled to #30 with acrylic drill bit. Clecoed. Marked top edge on bow and leading edge for cutting. Trimmed rear edge with tin snips (thanks to another RANS builder for this tip). Works great- clean cut line.
