Put wingtip in position over new metal wingtip rib. Used cutoff from front of plastic tip rib and drilled to metal tip rib. Trimmed to match wing skin. Drilled bottom side of the wingtip in place. Installed #6 nutplates into rib flange for attaching wingtip.
