In this session I started riveting together the components of the vertical stabilizer rear spar. The rear spar has 3 pairs of brackets, plus a fork-shaped doubler, which must all be riveted together with -4 solid rivets that I used my hand squeezer on. Then I started assembling the ribs with the front and rear spars with the called out solid rivets. I didn't know it at the time, but I didn't read the instructions carefully enough as I wasn't supposed to rivet the rear spar onto the ribs quite yet. What's next? Start riveting on the skin of the vertical stabilizer.
