Installed all hinges for both horizontal/elevators and vertical/rudder. 7/16" bolts used as a spacer as it was the only idea I could come up with that was repeatable. Hung rudder assembly back on the wall to keep the powdercoat protected. Masking tape to keep hinges from being weighed on by vertical stabilizer.
