Jan 01, 2024     Factory will not acknowlege or ship kit ordered Category: Workshop
In December 2019, a friend of mine and I ordered and paid for a Challenger kit from Quad City Aircraft Corporation. Due to COVID, the factory basically shut down in 2020. Starting in 2022 several inquiries were made to the factory to determine status of the kit. Talked to the President of the company several times. However, there has been no acknowledgement of the kit orders or if the factory will ever ship the kit by anyone associated with Quad City Aircraft. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau in 2023 but the company refused to address the issue with the Better Business Bureau and the case has been closed. To this date, the factory will not address either shipping a kit or giving a refund. Anyone dealing with the company should be aware of their past business dealings with their customers.
