The -8 empennage kit has finally arrived after many long months. Inventory went quick with me previously completing a -7 empennage last year. Sorting through all the hardware was made easy with all of my old labels.

I was previously building and completed a RV-7 empennage kit. After completion I decided to make the switch to an RV-8. With the current 4 month shipping times, it has given me time to organize and make some organziational changes that will make building easier that I learned from the -7.
