Went on the hunt for the modification to the normal pa18 to make it a wide body to fit my larger frame. Seen some pictures on supercub.org. looks promising. Paid for a membership on supercub.org. Hopefully by being a paid member, I may get more assistance. We'll see.

Downloaded and installed Solidworks onto one of my machines. Now I will try and find a design of the Super Cub with the wide fuselage.

Brought 2 of the tubes with some minor rust and pitting to the meeting to discuss if they could be usable or not. Was informed by Mark German that yes, I could use said tubes, just clean them up and watch out for deeper pitting. Mark guided me to start with the elevator first to avoid consuming materials when first starting out.

Drove down to Windom, MN to purchase old 4130 that Greg had laying around his hanger. Hauled it back to home base (AKA The Barn) ;)
