Spacers and tie-down bracket drilled for K1000-03 platenuts and AN426AD3-7 rivets.
Started drilling 1in lightning hole in spaces.

-Riveted the components of the rear spar
Got ahead of myself and riveted spots that were not yet to be done and had to drill out.

Made W-726 spacers
-cut from bar stock to length
Cut W-731 Tie-down bar from AEX stock to length and drilled match hole to dim.
Clamped W-731 to main spar with bolt in previously drilled hole and back drilled remaining holes.

Cleco W-707G reinforcment fork an W-707D rear spar doubler plates to W-707A rear spar.
Drill same to -4.
CS W-707F in 4 places for W414pp Aileron Hinge bracket
Drilled, deburred, and dimpled inboard top flange of W-707A spar for distance of W-7-7G +1 hole.

Deburred W-707-A, -D, -E,-F, and -G.
Scuffed same in prep for prime.
Primed same. Missed scuffing one side of W-707-A. Will hit once primer on other parts has set.

Started on the tank skin attach platenuts. Drilled rivet holes and countersunk for AN3 flush rivets. Deburred all holes. Flush riveted platenuts on both flanges. Started countersinking for tank skin dimple and #8 screws. Over drilled first one. Stopped, contacted mentor and Van's. Fix info obtained from Van's. Will order parts and apply fix at later date.

Built a wing stand/jig. Set it up for both wings. On castors for easy movement in my small shop. Not a good pic, but will do for now.
