Installed propeller. Used hardware torque info from Kyiv Propeller USA website 18 ft-lbs. Set ground adjustable pitch with gauge provided by NR Prop. Installed propeller without nose cone backing plate for initial engine runups and then will retorque the pitch adjustment screws. Then remove hub to install backing plate.

Ordered vinyl wrap for kickpanels and turtle deck from Amazon. The orange color and gloss may not match perfectly with airplane paint but adequate. ViVid brand. I am trying to minimize further painting effort due to current Temps, and no more paint booth.

Moved plane and wings from garage to hangar. Installed wings after arriving at hangar. Still have a few hardware installation fixes but it sure looks like a plane now.

Rough cutout the windshield. This is the second attempt as I undercut the first one. Afterwards, made further precision trimming and drilled mounting holes, sanded smooth edges.

Fiberglassed inner lower Radiator ducting. Shortened up scoop inlet, clecoed in place, checked fit on airplane, then used epoxy to secure. Next up is finishing with filler then primer.

Continue to make Wire connections and route to panel. These wires are for Master, auto tune, ignition, fuel pumps, start, landing and heater. Still need to route Nav/Strobe and interior light.
