The switch will be mounted to engage/disengage the relay to direct external current correctly. The light is an extra Taxi light to make sure the entire forward area is lighted. The light is a Pacifica Mini II by Aero. It will be mounted on the bottom of the engine cowl. It only require 0.33A to power.
