Jun 24, 2023     Bush Gear Install - (50 hours)       Category: Landing Gear
Installation of the Monster Shocks and Gear. They don't exactly line up due to using the front attach points which were meant to be float attach points and they set at an angle. Tony has good instructions and guided me on how to fix.

Jun 04, 2023     Landing Lights - (8 hours)       Category: Lighting
AeroLED Microsuns. Ran the wiring after finishing wing. Wasn't a big deal. Just ran a new shielded 4 conductor down the back spar and fed it out to strut area with fish tape. Just need to prime and paint my brackets

Feb 09, 2023     Painting Misc Parts and Wings - (100 hours)       Category: Paint / Decals
Typical Polyfiber Polybrush/Polytone. The new addition was Mark II for Metal over the top of the Two part Epoxy Primer. Its very expensive but shoots really well! They have all the same colors as Polytone but it is a bit glossier vs the Polytone being flat.

Sep 16, 2022     Rudder Prep & Cover - (20 hours)       Category: Tail Feathers
The rudder took alot more time than I thought it would. Had been some time since I had covered the fueselage. Had to re-read the polyfiber manual and took a little while to get back into the groove. The rudder was quite a bit more difficult than the prior covering. In hindsight i'm glad I started with the fueselage before moving forward with the control surfaces.

Oct 16, 2021     Cut and Bend and Cover Instrument Panel #3 - (100 hours)       Category: Interior Finish
This instrument panel ended up taking a lot more time than I thought it would. Once I would get one made I would change my mind on the switches being in a different spot or lower. It took several iterations to get everything placed how I wanted it. I did model this up with 3d rendering software but every time I would get everything installed I would end up wanting to move something. Another issue was my bender was a harbor Freight special and would give me issues trying to bend the 2m aluminum with as wide as it was.
