Set Horizontal stabilizer; drilled 4 attachment brackets 6B1-8&9. Set bulkheads 6B12-1, 2, and 3. Drilled pilot holes for each bulkhead. Set angle for each bulkhead to 84 degrees. Set rear top skin 6B21-6; drilled and clecoed to bulkheads.
