Started inventory of all parts. Was missing a box of 19 push rod ends. Spoke to kitfox and they said they had cut a hole on the top of the large box that was sitting on a pallet and inserted the small box of parts. I had already torn down the box on the pallet but had saved the sides to use later for practicing spray painting. I found the panel with the hole they were talking but I had no idea where the parts had gone. Later I was looking at the box that kept the turtle deck and noticed a similar hole cut out of it as well. I opened up the box and started pulling paper padding out and their it was. Problem solved and the only parts missing were labeled as back order or for drop ship. Inventory complete.
