Used belt sander clamped to workbench. Sanded to the line.

3/16 I.D. Guide Pin holes are preferred. Using "router" cut method requires second guide pin hole (not identified on plans) on each form. Router method is my course forward.

Hand sanded master rib form continued.

Cut out Mylar rib template. Applied to hardwood with spray adhesive. Rough cut master rib with jigsaw. Best day ever!!!!!
