Designed and ordered rib stiffeners and an updated front spar end cap. Created a simple template to locate rivet positions on the ribs to facilitate shrinking the rib flange for flattening. Used a band saw with a rip fence to trim ribs for placement. The unique drill set up allowed for easy installation. Clecoed the compression struts along the front and rear spars to ensure proper length and alignment for the ribs. Placed the spars on 2x4's to raise the wing so i could check top and bottom for alignment. Use a laser and shims to ensure wing was held in a flat plane.
