None of my normal cutting tools would cut the plastic material. I had to make a trip to HF and buy a small air grinder and bits. Spent around $20 for tool and bits and it made quick work of the cutting. I have a feeling this tool will become useful when working on the fiberglass.

I'm going to install #8 screws w/ lock nuts as its impossible to rivet these. There is no load on these at all. Double sided tape would probably work too!
