Holes were already in Root rib but needed some enlargement. I continued to work on getting all of the holes lined up and sized correctly. Making minor size adjustments. Also need to add more padding on FWD side of tank. Instructions don't indicate it but you need to temporarily install the upper stiffeners as this will lock the tank in place and Line up the bosses correctly.
