Worked on fitting the wing fold hatches all day. Everything seemed to fit up well. The instructions in the Assy. Manual looks to be for the Glastar, not the Sportsman as the pictures are different. I found the TWTT Hatch Installation instructions to be more helpful. I tried out a few different scenarios trying to figure out how to set the conture of the fuselage and the flap then remove the hatch cover so I could bring it home to do the fiberglass work. I could never figure out a good system so I made the decision to glue the trailing edges and root seam together with Loctite H3151 to "set" them in place. I purchased more Kerosone and made a plan for gluing them the next day.

I bought another Brooding lamp and put it in the cabin and hope that along with the portable electric heater and my two job site heaters I can increase the temperature enough to allow the Loctite to cure.
